Even better, these cream shadows dry down to a waterproof, budge-proof & creaseless finish, which is a feat in itself for a cream shadow. Although they dry down fast, they leave you with just enough time to blend them out in an effortless fashion, eyeshadow brush optional. Available in chrome & glitter, these babies also make a stellar base for your regular powder-based eyeshadow if you’re more of a statement making kind of human (i.e. our kind of people).
